How long are therapy sessions? 

Therapy sessions generally last 50 minutes although some insurance companies limit sessions at 45 minutes.  Your therapist will discuss the length of session that applies to you.

How often are psychotherapy sessions scheduled? 

Generally, sessions are weekly.  Dependent on circumstances, there are occasions that the therapist and client jointly agree that sessions should be scheduled twice per week.  As goals are met, some clients reduce their sessions to every other week.

How many sessions for an immigration evaluation?

It can be one to three sessions.

What modalities are offered?

We are offering telehealth and in person sessions.

Does insurance pay for my psychotherapy?

This practice accepts the following insurances:

Note: Insurance companies do not cover evaluations for immigration purposes.

Clients with insurance coverages that aren't covered in our practice may pay for their sessions and submit to their insurance company for out of network reimbursement. If you wish to submit for any out of network benefits, please ask your therapist for documentation to submit to your insurance company.

Note: Clients are responsible for full fee payment for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.  

What are the forms of payment?

What are your office hours?

Office hours depends on your therapist. However, we tend to offer day, evening and Saturday hours. We are closed on Sundays.

How do I schedule my first appointment? 

We encourage clients to leave a message at (312) 388-4273 ext. 500 and for immigration referrals ext. 502. A therapist will get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours.

Note: We do not have a receptionist.

What forms do I need to complete?

Please email your completed packet for psychotherapy or immigration to your therapist, she will reach out to you and provide your first appointment.

For psychotherapy cases we will verify your insurance benefits and then reach out to you and provide your first appointment.

However, client is responsible for full fee if they have not met their deductible and/or they co-pay fee at each session.
